Well what can i say... The show started 21.30 local time... It was full packed with people and everyone was chanting NINE INCH NAILS over and over and over again... Rob Sheridan came out and smiled and took some pictures... No one saw that it was him ( he now Sports a nice mohican)It was raining and everyone was in good spirits. Pinion started and they went straight into wish... Everyone was going CRAZY!!! So was Trent and Aaron.

During The "Dont you, dont you" part in Starfuckers 25 thousand people screamed "Dont you" You could see Trents Face he just laughed and told Jerome not to start play. and instead of the usual Dont you screams and they slowly ebb out.. instead everyone screamed dont you faster and faster and faster and the everyone just screamed with their hands in the air!!! Trent did not know what to believe and he sai " Wow you are a great fucking auidence, You have a wonderful country and this is a really cool place.. thank you i really mean it... i really usually does not say nice things but... thank nyou its been a great fucking time." Everyone just went nuts and they continued with Starfuckers... All in all it was a great concert and music critics in Sweden are already labeling the concert a classic!

See You in Paris next Week.

I can now die a happy man. This was the most amazing thing I've ever seen. It kicked the club show in London so fucking far up the ass. NIN is a big venue band, that's just the way it is! What happened during Starfuckers will go down in history, heh.

I think Getting Smaller was played later in the set but the rest of the previous posts setlist seems ok. Trents little speech during Starfuckers was great.

I think it's official, Trent Reznor still hates Germany due to the Guns & Roses thing an eternity ago.

AMAZING!!! The show was great! After beeing a fan for 5 years it was completely wonderful to finally see them live! Although it was raining some and everybody wasnt there but it was a fucking great show anyway! IT was really cool to literally see smoke come of treant because he was so warm and everything around him was wet and a little bit cold

Yeah, and the crowd were smoking too! It must've looked like fog from a distance!
This show was truly the best thing that has ever happened to me.

And also, poor Jeordie had some problem with his micstand, as it was missing most of the time. So he sat down and held the mic with one hand and played with the other when he was singing. It looked kind of fun I thought... No one but him could've done that and made it look good

Everything was fucking great with this show. I was standing at the very front and I tell you, the rain made the whole thing even better! The thing during the starfuckers inc. will go down in history. I'm really sorry if you did not attend.

The show was AWESOME! It was the best show I've ever attented! I felt completely destroyed afterwards, hehe. But I was there on my own, and I had no one to talk to, so my mother had to listen to my excited blabbering over the phone, lol.

Christos, he also said that he wasn't used to saying kind things, so it came a long way.

Another thing for ya'll.
Slayer was playing the same stage earlier (they began at 19, local time). So I was there, of course, standing on the right side of the stage, almost front row, and I could see backstage. And during the end of their soundcheck, I could see someone standing there. Hmm, that looks like Aaron North and Jeordie White...? It is! Cool! I thought for a second or so to shout out "Aaron", just to let them know, "I can seeee youuuu" , but I didn't. Anyway, as the Slayer gig started, I could see them the whole time. Alessandro and Jerome joined in as the gig had started, and for a few minutes even Trent, which made me really excited! Trent soon left, and then Alessandro and Jerome too. Jeordie left and came back a few times, but Aaron stood there the whole time, nodding his head, which was rather distracting. But, Slayer was great. It would have been great anyway, but now it was even more fun.

So, Slayer played a little over an hour. I managed to get a little closer to the stage as the gig was over, but many of the people in front row stayed. I would have loved to get even closer, 'cause as it turned out I could hardly see Alessandro nor Jerome, but it was OK, I had a great view. The show was...amazing. And the little speach during Starfuckers was great, you could really see that he enjoyed it, and to hear that was great. Maybe will be enough to bring NIN back some more time, hehe.

I saw Sheridan too. I wasn't sure at the time it was him, 'cause I didn't know what he looked like, but from what he was doing I guessed it was him.

Another thing, the atmosphere was so nice. The stage there is the biggest stage at Hultsfred, and the area is big enough to hold every visitor and more, about 35 000. But the pressure wasn't that big. Not that I could tell, anyway. I saw more people getting carried out during Manson and Slipknot, but they had a younger clintele too...I managed to snap a few shots before the battery in my camera died on me, but I really didn't care at the time. The pictures turned out pretty bad anyway, as I'm not used to my camera yet. I did get some nic pics of the Slayer gig, though, and where you can see them in the back, standing backstage.

Something that happened during Head like a hole, after "Bow down before the one you serve" the first rows started bowing, like "we're not worthy", haha, it was great.

In conclusion, a great show, a great experience, come back soon, thank you, and good night.

God I wish to see them in Brixton now. The rain was just a welcome extra-effect!

I remember being so cold when the rain started to pour down about thirty minutes before the concert started.
But when the LCD Soundsystem and M.I.A. songs were played before the concert we all danced and got warm again. That was fucking great!

And then.. Pinion. Oh yeah, what a rush!

Anyone else noticed that the rain let up during Hurt? That was fucking beautiful.

I've kept off the nin forums this far, but after this amazing fucking show, I can't any longer. I just need to talk about this! I couldn't believe how great it was!!! I was stunned. I cried! There was tears, there were weird sounds coming out of my mouth, I was a wreck afterwards. "Preparing to destroy you", yeah, well, I was thoroughly and utterly destroyed.

When I thought I just couldn't move anymore, thy played Gave Up. And then we got Starfuckers and the "don't you"-part, which is now a nin-treasure.

And the rain - it started just before the show, held up during Hurt, and ended 15 minutes after the show. Like God himself wanted to be in the show.

My friends, who hadn't been listening to nin before this (despite my frequent attempts to slip cd's into their homes)were just stunned, and my ex went straight to the record shop when we got back.

Without question my best live experience, ever.

I don't fucking know how to express the feelings the show drew up from inside.. But shit, it was the greatest fucking show I've ever seen. It was so fucking touching, that after the show I had to leave the continuing party and my friends behind, i cried like a baby on my way home.. Such a beautiful thing, I doubt something better will ever happen to me =)
I know that a big part of the audience agrees with me, hope to se NiN here in SWE again, and that's soon!

Yup, we got the flip-flop song. And we got it good. The setlist was the sweetest fistfuck you'd ever imagine...not that I'd mind no you don't, no I wouldn't, but I couldn't be happier.

Sat in the rain afterwards, in my tank-top, smoking a cigarette, didn't feel the cold at all. Didn't know I was such a religious girl, felt impregnated by immaculate conception, felt blessed.

And I was thinking: This is what it feels like, music offered so perfectly, the energy of a crowd in raging love. Like I waited my whole life to hear this sound. And I'm glad I was sober, cause I then could feel the high. Now I won't even apologize for being so emotional and weird about this, cause it was a strange emotion given generously to me.

Can you remember which LCD Soundsystem song that was played before the gig? I couldn't recognize it when I was there. I checked the access page on nin.com where they listed the songs that are played before the shows, but I doubt it was any of those LCD songs?
