the eurockéennes set list (as far as i can recall, that must be about it):

6. something i can never have

translation: :)

They were lucky, there was not too much rain, the concert took place without any technical probleme. I been in front of, grabbed in the barrier and by trying for nothing to see Trent in backstage, (he besides made an appearance hanging Queen of the Stone Age). Aaron North was fantastic, the air game of stage is worth the detour, but everything looks were naturally turned to Trent! Baby to collector: the tambourine jetté in the pit and a lot of sweat. Anyway conditions were united for a perfect concert, Nine Inch Nails was at best in his form. The frustration after such concert is big: how please continue appreciating a concert when they served you the best of your life!
WOW WOW WOW Really awesome, fantastic!!

What can I say? Conditions were a lot better than the Zenith (serrage et chaleur) and it was fuckin' good to be there.
Now we have listen to Something I can never have, i can say that it is really impressive live.
And really a big thank you for The Big Comedown.
What i really appreciate yesterday is the fact that the setlist adn the way to interpret it was different than the firt date in Paris: alternate intro & beginning, alternate setlist and of course a listennable version of Something I can never have, entirely i mean. Really great.
Thank you so much Nine Inch Nails, you rocked.
Best show of my life.

WOW
Version française.

WOW WOW WOW

Beside you in time (intro)
1. the frail
2. the wretched
3. wish
4. march of the pigs
5. the line begins to blur
6. something i can never have --> en entier elle est superbe
7. the hand that feeds
9. burn
10. terrible lie
11. closer (only time) --> superbe bis
12. reptile
13. gave up
14. the big come down (sublime, vraiment merci!)
15. hurt
16. starfuckers, inc.
17. head like a hole

Let's try this again. Quick and dirty translation:
We were lucky, there wasn't too much rain and the concert went on with no technical problems.
I was in front up by the barrier and trying in vain to see Trent backstage (he made an appearance during QOTSA's set). Aaron North was fantastic, his [acrobatics] were worth seeing, but everyone of course was looking at Trent!
Small collectible: the tambourine thrown into the crowd and.. a lot of sweat.
In any case everything came together for a perfect concert, NIN were in their very best form. The frustration after a show like that is great: how can you appreciate another after you've seen the best one in your life!

i talked to someone from a french radiostation who were promoting the festival along with the tv channel mcm. he said there should be broadcasts of the bigger concerts during the next weeks.
since the stream of the nin concert @ werchter was cancelled i have not too much hope that they will air the eurockeennes performance at french tv, but if they would do so, maybe we can watch it via internet, i think they have streams on their website.

anyway i put up a personal sort-of-report of the whole festival at my (german) website, i translated the chapter about nin in advance and i also have a small clip of "terrible lie" online, but it is very wonky / shaky.
Malheureusement London est sold out...

for the French, there is a program which is going to broadcast some pieces of nin it is " traffic music " on July 14th on Fr 2 in at about 11 pm, I would record it ;) (and still grieved for translation)

Hi clio87,

it would be awesome if you could digitalize the nin part of it and send it to megaupload.com, yousendit.com or something like that (and post the link). or if you were not willing or able to spread it there i would pay for it if you would send it via regular mail to me and i´d do the rest. i think the nin performance @ eurockeennes was terrific.

wait I dont know her source (probably me) but there is really few chances there going to have nin on this show (and anyway i will dvbrecord it)

I try to make it, I should take out there, but I do not know some more pieces there will be:) thanks for your proposal
