Yes I did, but what was that sound playing as an opening to MSD, could this be Hyperpower!?Ringo wrote:GREAT SHOW!!
and did anyone noticed the sounds of USWIRETAPE during the end of survivalism??
There was a guy who asked how I did knew the lyrics of these two songsNomad_Kamda wrote: It was also really nice to hear TBotE and Survivalism- these sound just perfect when played live (especially the latter). I think most of the audience had no idea what these songs were and were a bit quiet and confused...
That's funny- i really think most of the audience was perplexed. I quite enjoyed Survivalism as I was standing next to this guy and when they started playing the intro we looked at each other and said "Cool.. Survivalism"- then we both sang along with the entire song and rocked out... that was a nice moment there I think!Ringo wrote:There was a guy who asked how I did knew the lyrics of these two songs
Same here, some girl was like "what album was that from?"..Ringo wrote:There was a guy who asked how I did knew the lyrics of these two songsNomad_Kamda wrote: It was also really nice to hear TBotE and Survivalism- these sound just perfect when played live (especially the latter). I thought the choice for Ladytron was excellent, but I admit, if you aren't into electonics that much that band probably won't please you.,eva_H wrote:I really REALLY enjoyed last night's show! It was my first NIN show and I don't think I'll ever forget it.
I also noticed they weren't playing as loud as Ladytron (that band sucked brw, I believe the lady that was mostly singing served her purpose as an ambulance more effectively than as an entertainer). But I don't think it matters much, it was still LOUD.
I loved to hear the new songs from Year Zero, they played TBotE so sneakily.
I also secretly wished for SIN, but was very pleased with BURN.
AWESOME
Haha, the same thing happened to me, or could it be us, going crazy on Survivalism!Nomad_Kamda wrote:That's funny- i really think most of the audience was perplexed. I think people can sing Hurt along if they want to (I did too), but yes, while Trent is playing La Mer everyone should be quiet!!Kaikaiawaro wrote:
A shame some people couldn't shut their fucking mouths while they played La Mer and Hurt and why clapping your hands during Help Me I am in Hell, for Gods sake stop doing that!
Any youtube recording of la mer in 06 and 07 is loaded with loud talking, laughing, screaming, squaking shit-bags.Guest1987 wrote:I think people can sing Hurt along if they want to (I did too), but yes, while Trent is playing La Mer everyone should be quiet!!Kaikaiawaro wrote:

And yes, it was a great show! Mr. Self Destruct was awesome! They didn't play one song I didn't like! It was awesome!!
Could be, but it still is a shame...Justnin9 wrote:Any youtube recording of la mer in 06 and 07 is loaded with loud talking, laughing, screaming, squaking shit-bags.Guest1987 wrote:I think people can sing Hurt along if they want to (I did too), but yes, while Trent is playing La Mer everyone should be quiet!!Kaikaiawaro wrote:
