my impressions: good performance overall. The setlist was quite heavy, not extremely varied, but it was to be expected in the festival context.

The crowd was rather cool and really into it, maybe a bit more than Trent who looked only mildly amused by the pouring rain. It seems the stage wasn't a lot drier than the pit since he put on his hoodie after a while and said they were doing their best not to get electrocuted (which is more or less all he said to us except the usual thank yous). He did look a little grumpy but still put on a great show, right to the end and a stunning performance of "Hurt".

All in all, I'd say it was a great concert. Not the best of the festival and maybe not NIN's absolute best but still a very solid performance. I had great fun and I'm sure I'm not the only one! My personal highlight: "Non-Entity", a song that I really like but never heard live before.

oh and btw - bonus point: no one destroyed "Hurt"
