Great show, definitely a good show to follow from last night in Camden. Half the setlist was different, with some pretty good stuff thrown in there. Again, I got some cool pictures, but I'll post them once I get home. Rob was on stage filming video of Last and Meet Your Master, so hopefully they'll show up soon. Good to know he's filming the rare stuff.

Best setlist at a show I've been to -- but not the best on this tour so far. Meet Your Master is amazing live, as is The Way Out is Through... Mr. Self Destruct got a huge reaction from the lawn.


Pretty sure Trent fucked up the lyrics on TWOIT, singing "The heavens crawl but still we crawl."

At one point some big guy collapsed and pretty much fell on top of me. I think I've seen someone pass out at every NIN concert I've been to.

So glad to have heard Last, TWOIT, MSD, MYM for the first time live (yeah just went acronym crazy).. the rest of the set i've heard live at one point or another, but you just can't go wrong with live nin.


Loved SSSC. I wanted to give Jane's a fair chance but keeping my interest after having my mind blown from a NIN show isn't easy. Left partway through their set due to exhaustion/to beat traffic

Just got home from tonight show. Round 2 baby.

Missed SSSC tonight, fucking traffic is honestly fucking retarded FUCK.

Now NIN, another great performance, I sang and danced the whole way through. Loved hearing Last, Non-Entity, MEET YOUR MASTER, La Mer and The Way Out is Through. Was hoping for a few other songs that didn't come out tonight, but hey, tomorrow is another day, just for the love of god, don't play Gave Up, Suck is far superior. Rock my face off tomorrow Trent.

Saw LEA in the crowd again, 3rd concert in a row I've seen her, haha. And whoever the LUCKY red head was in front of me. Trent ran over to her and handed her a tambourine. Jealous I was, jealous I was.

Stayed for the whole Janes set tonight, and WOW, what a kickass show Perry and co put on. Being in the second row has perks, like Perry dancing in front of you shaking his ass, and coming round and shaking your hand. Those guys are fucking badass.

Cant wait for tomorrow. Gimme The Becoming and or I Do Not Want This, along with some Dead Souls and Not So Pretty Now.

This is the fourth time I've seen NIN, and it was by far one of the most emotionally charged shows I've seen. I mean, LITS was freaking awesome and everything, but the toned-down lighting really let the band shine through tonight. Trent's delivery was emotional and honest, and the entire show kicked ass.

My room-mate gave his ticket to my friend Sarah, who is a longtime fan of NIN, so this was a really special night for her as well, since she hasn't got the money to see them nearly as much as I know she'd like to.

For me, highlights were Last, Reptile (didn't play it the last three times I saw them), La Mer, Mr. Self Destruct, and The Way Out is Through. What an amazing night!

It was a great show tonight...loved the mixed setlist. All my friends voiced their feelings regarding how emotional it was for them and we all truly felt this as the special concert that it was what meant to be.

Sorry for the typos-Blackberry...As I said in the Vegas thread, I'm a huge fan of both nin and Jane's so this is a long time wish I never thought I'd see come true. PNC was insane. Finally heard Last so I can die happy-I think today at Jones Beach is my 10th show so the only song left on my wishlist is No, You Don't. I liked the way Mr. Self Destruct was changed up. Amazing as usualN and the crowd was totally into it and you could tell Trent knew it. Great night. Tailgaiting was fun but the police hated us two in our group got summonses, one for peeing behind a truck WTF. But nothing could mess with the perfect day & night, great weather, great times...next up,Jones Beach!

NIN, was imo a lot better than the lits show. I got to hear what I really wanted to hear; LAST, Meet Your Master, Reptile and Mr. Self Destruct. NIN had a lot of energy. Only thing I wish happened was if instead of Echoplex they played the Fragile, I Do Not Want This, or The Becoming. That's my only complaint, the show was INCREDIBLE.

I only stayed for half of Jane's set and they were pretty good. Perry was very entertaining, he had me giggling the whole way through. Overall, MONSTOROUS show, and if I could, I'd go to see that again.

Boots Riley was funny.. I like when he said "Some people ask us why our guitar player sounds like Tom Morello. It's because we're Street Sweeper Social Club and our guitarist is Tom Morello." Idk, I just think he has a great stage presence. SSSC was really awesome! I definitely enjoyed them more than what I saw of Jane's.

And I agree with your Echoplex comment. That song was the pooper of the night. So late in the set, you know there's not many more chances for a rare song before the thtf/hlah/hurt trio takes over... and to have that spot filled with a mediocre (compared to the rest of nin's catalog) slip song was disappointing.

Great show. I liked SSSC. NIN were great. Ilan is great and Justin is a trooper. Robin also great. Actually that Echoplex was one of my favourite songs of the night.
Jane's Addiction sucked. Why are they headlining again?

I really enjoy noticing the differences between live performances of songs from show to show/tour to tour. It's cool to see that since I've first seen NIN in 2005, each subsequent time I've seen them they've mixed up the sound of their songs a lot.

That was just a really elaborate way of me saying I really liked the keyboard solo in Gave Up last night. And the epic intro to Mr. Self Destruct.

My second straight and final show of the NIN/JA tour was very special. Pinion/Wish is far from my ideal way to open a show but I thought it worked well as Last was played right after. I had much better seats at PNC then I did at Camden so although the set list wasn't as good as Camden, the show was much more enjoyable and there were far less flaws from the band. Rob was filming Last and The Way Out is Through on stage. I got some decent videos of NIN, but more good ones of Jane's just because filming takes away from the concert experience and I didn't want to miss too much when filming NIN. Those videos will be posted in this thread later.

Oh yea Stephen Perkins came out during SSSC's last song and sat next to their drummer and hit one of the cymbals, it was pretty cool, but 2 months ago I thought that there would of been a lot more band collaboration than just that

Loved It, Saw Rush here last year and they were great, this one was up there.

We had lawn seats and just so happened to bump into one of the LN girls selling upgrades, $20, brain damage to refuse.. so why not. Ended up to the right of the sound desk with an absolutely brilliant view of proceedings...

SSSC were excellent, [and just so anyone needs reminding they are a 'social club, street sweeper social club'] "rock the fuck out" indeed...

I liked the turnabout between bands too, none of this energy sapping 50min crap. The setlist was as perfect as 90minutes will deliver and no one around me took, say La Mer or Non-Entity, as a sign to sit down, apart from a couple of guys here and there but some shows you go to, people get up for fast ones, sit down for slower songs... wtf is up with that?

A bit sad to come home to Trent replying to some shit from these douchbags on twitter. They pissed in his beer a bit after such a great time, ignore them mate, don't give them oxygen...

Great show, great shirts and weather.. when we were leaving we took a look at the lawn and thought standing on damp sloping grass with THAT size of crowd in the dark... or where we ended up, no competition. What a great turnout though..

This was good was but the mic was sounding a bit muffled. It wasn't as clear the last time I saw them. The setlist was good but not as cool as some other dates from older dates this tour. I'd prefer Hersey, The Becoming or one of he rarer played songs over Echoplex but what can I do.

Second and last show for me on this (final?) tour. I sat 10th row on Justin's side. The setlist was incredible. Finally got to hear Mr. Self Destruct and Reptile. I agree with a lot of the previous posts - this show was beyond emotionally charged.

Won't lie - I did tear up during Hurt, because part of me knew that it would probably be the last time I would hear it live.

Nine shows in 10 years. It's the end of an era for me, and for so many others. Thank you, Trent. I hope we get to see you again soon, whether it's for NIN or something else completely different.

Glad I'm not the only who thinks this wasn't his best show, though all his shows are excellent,naturally some are going to be better than others. I've been waiting since 1994 to hear a couple songs I only have bootlegs of but have never heard live - namely "Ruiner" and "Now I'm Nothing." I was so excited to see Now I'm Nothing on this tour's setlists, but alas, it was not played last night. Neither was Ruiner. So I guess my wish will never come true.

However on a more positive note, hearing "Last" and "Mr. Self-Destruct" was a nice bonus, as I've never heard them live either and thought I never would. Back in '92 I must have listened to Last ten times a day for months.

Overall an amazing show, this was my eighth NIN show (hopefully not the last one ever), and it was bittersweet to watch Trent wave and walk off the stage at the end of "Hurt." That was the only encore, and quite fitting to hear him sing that last line "If I could start again, a million miles away, I would keep myself, I would find a way..." and then see him walk off. I have that on video. It sort of hit me then - maybe this is really it for NIN. Seeing his shows has been a huge part of my life for 15 years, and it feels so odd to realize it's over. Kids, I'm getting old!!

The movies I took SUCK because the world's tallest man was standing right in front of me.

Jane's kicked ass - Perry cracks me up. He's so funny the way he dances across the stage. I wasn't going to stay for them as I had a long trip back to Brooklyn, but I ended up staying for most of it. They were really impressive.

Had a great time at this show. I thought PNC was a cool place. I like that there was a large area to hang out.

I could swear that Heresy was played, but I guess I'm just remembering that from Camden.

Highlights:
Hearing "Bloop bloop bleep bloop bloop" = Reptile = me going bezerk. I wasn't expecting it, but I was thrilled.

Non-Entity. This song hits all the right notes with me and I definitely got teary-eyed. Also, Trent's speech about the night being like the nights he remembered when he wanted to do ampitheaters sort of turned the mood for me a little bit. It made it real to me that I may never experience this again, and wow, that really sucks.

My friend and I sat by some very cool people. We switched seats with a girl with short, black kinda spiky hair and her friend with long black hair so they could sit by their guy friend with a shaved head. Is this anybody from here? I meant to ask, but my head was scattered. On the other side we had a guy who was going to see Phish in Camden today. We got to talk music/concerts for a bit which was awesome.

Between Camden and Holmdel, I think Jane's was really on fire in Holmdel. I thought Perry was going to just say fuck it and take his pants off. Perkins was wearing a leather kilt! Dave looked less like Prince than he did in Camden. I thought they sounded really cohesive. Eric kills it.

Non-Entity is great live. While I was hoping for some OMFGRARE song every song, that was one I was very happy to hear.

That was a great show loved it, now i'am done was at Camden nite before up front amazing to see them that close. Holmdell was on the lawn, but i got to see the crowd go nut's. My total of NIN shows have been 20 in TR's career, an hopefully there will be more to add on to, maybe in the future? SSSC i liked them, i didn't stay to see JA at either venue, sorry just not in to there music. Cool thing about Camden show, ran into 2 girls i meet at the Atlantic City show in N.J's 11-6-08 at the SHOW BOAT. they are from Russia, it was nice to see them, we were in the pre-sale line. NIN brillant!!!!!:)

My soundcheck and show experience:

We were told to go down to the stage area. As we were only the second group to get pictures we were able to get in the 3rd row dead center. We sat around for a bit, watch some guys do sound work. Then NIN came out and Trent said the stage was one of those weird stages. (It had a large space in front of them). He performed Home, and at the end he said oh your so quiet, there’s no place for you to stand..so we all slowly stood up and moved as close to the stage as we could. Which was cool because at that time they hadn’t put up any barriers and we were leaning up right against the stage. The rest of the soundcheck was amazing. Before Lights in the Sky he asked us if we could guess what they were playing next..ppl yelled it out but he couldn’t hear them. As I think someone else posted, he also mentioned something about playing the quieter songs for the soundcheck. I’m Afraid of American’s was great!

Rob S came out at the end and told Trent he wanted to record everyone saying hello to Eric and screaming. So he did a pan around at the edge of the stage and cheered. Anyone know if that video would be posted by Rob>?

SCCC was great! Tom Morello is awesome and puts on a great show with Boots.

As for the actual show, it was great. There were a few songs I hoped to hear, but wasn’t too shocked that I didn’t. It was great when Trent said that they were going to be playing songs they liked to play. After it was over, I sat their, excited but also sad.

Trent is such a great musician and performer, his shows are always amazing and bring so much happiness to people. I am glad that he is focusing on his personal life now…and maybe sometime in the future, he might do a little more performing

Third show in my trek. Really fun seeing that totally unpredictable set, nice change. Highlights of course were Last, Meet Your Master, Reptile and Non-Entity and LA MER. Oh, and The Way Out Is Through was better than in Toronto. And Mr Self Destruct is really one of the best songs live.

Probably the biggest crowd I've ever seen NIN play to. Seriously, how many people were there? 30 000? 40 000??

Really awesome just looking around. Setlist was my least favourite but I kind of enjoyed the settings as much as the show.

I think I recognize a few of you from looking around so much in the crowd, DaveMuzik, Papagolash, and lots of familiar faces from previous tours. Also, hi to that blonde girl with piggy tail, Year Zero shirt, blue dress, taking pictures with a big camera (guessing a Nikon D series or something like that) sitting three seats from the right side in the 101 section, around row S, T or U. You are gorgeous

Haven't posted here in a long time. What a great show. Highlights for me was Reptile, March of the Pigs, Non Entity and Wish. I was disappointed they didn't perform Closer and Metal. Especially Metal since I have never seen this performed.

Street Sweeper Social Club was really good. I really got to buy some of there songs now.

Jane's addiction was alright. I really didn't like his banter especially when he was talking about how his best friend is from NJ and how they stole together. I left a 1/2 hour before JA finished mostly because I was bored and I really wanted to beat the traffic. Please don't interpret this as hate against them I really am a fan of JA but I never saw them live or heard any of there live albums. My girlfriend told me that he banters a lot in concert.

All in all GREAT EXPERIENCE. Sad that this may be it for Trent with NIN.

Also, last but certainly not least, a HUGE thanks to su6oxone for providing audio from this show. I was reliving it today.

I made the trip to this show all the way from Florida so I could catch NIN one last time before they maybe call it quits. Unlike the the Tampa show where I had great seats thanks to the pre-sale I was relegated to the lawn for this show since going was such a last minute thing. Nothing like using the excuse to visit relatives as a way to get to another show, haha.
I was very happy that I got to see Last, Meet Your Master, and Mr. Self Destruct, but I was a little disappointed that they didn't play The Becoming at either show I went to since it's one of my favorites and it's also somewhat common this tour. It's hard to complain though when they play Last.
I recorded some clips and some full songs that I will try to get uploaded. I tried to record all of Last but my batteries died in the middle of the song so I missed like 10 seconds while I had to change them.

Anyone see Stephen Perkins fucking with the SSSC drummer near the end of their set? He was crouching right behind him, hitting the cymbal every now and then. He's quite a goofball, but an excellent drummer as he proved during Jane's set.

If any of you awesome donator people saw two dudes and a chick with blonde hair standing on JMJ's side of the stage during soundcheck, that was my brother, myself and a friend. We were there giving Justin some complimentary pedals (my brother and I work for a musical distributors company), so we were able to get VIP passes and hang out with his tech, stand on the side of the stage, etc. It was pretty amazing.

As great as the show was, the highlight of the day was definitely sitting down and eating dinner with JMJ and Robin. Lucky me, Justin was right across from me at the table, so I took the opportunity to ask him all manner of Ken Andrews questions since I'm such a big KA fan, and because they have a long, detailed history - known each other 20 years I found out.

I was incredibly giddy. I knew that Ken had mixed the rehearsal footage from The Slip DVD so I inquired about that, and found out that Ken had actually come down to the rehearsal space in person and met TR for the first time (Ken is a big NIN fan). According to Justin, the two have "developed a kinship" (!!!!!). I think my head exploded at that moment. We talked about a bunch of other related things, including the Digital Noise Academy project that's been in the works for a while - it's done - Ken, Justin, and Charlotte Martin just haven't figured out how to release it yet. Blah blah blah, nerdy Ken Andrews chit-chat...

So that was my personal highlight. After NIN's set, my brother apparently spotted and talked to Amanda Palmer backstage which I'm very jealous of, but that's awesome that she was there. Quite an incredible day to say the least... I don't even think it's sunk in yet. Huge, gargantuan thanks to Justin for getting us VIP passes for Holmdel and Jones Beach (more on that in the appropriate thread)...

Caught both shows this weekend. I am exhausted so I am sure that my grammar is poor and that I am forgetting a bunch of details.

My girl and I were directly in front of the stage and seven people back. NIN was amazing as always. I much prefer this format to LITS. I was initially concerned about the vibe due to the daylight, but the lighting was perfect.

I believe Trent said that NIN weren’t ending, just not touring.

Sweet Sweeper were a great way to start off the night. I love Tom Morello’s playing, despite being a communist. I think I will steal the album when it comes out, instead of having my money go to the corporate record label. It was amusing when they asked everyone to stand, including asking individual people. Dave Navarro and Etty were both on the stage for portions.

We also went to Jones Beach the next night. Our seats were further back. It was by far the strongest show, and maybe the best I have ever seen NIN do.

Funny bit when robin walked all the way around the back of the stage followed by a strange shuffle back to his side.

Missed three days due to a bathroom and beer break. Only 15 minutes for 20,000 people to all do the same thing. Being a huge Jane’s fan, I was a little disappointed. Perry was entertaining, but it was a little flat for me. Much better the next night.

Stephen Perkins was wearing a leather kilt.

Is it me, or is Dave Navarro the most contrived person on earth? His tech was a busy man, fixing cables, catching guitars and stepping on Daves cigarettes.

The venue was horrible. Price gouging as usual. Out of just about every shirt and size and we had to wait on a VIP line while “regular” people were let in. Bathroom didn’t work, and just about the whole experience other than the music was horrible.

Out of the 5 that I have seen on this tour, I don' think the crowd was into it as much as the other shows. This show was good though, hearing Last was awesome, that song live is amazing plus I finally got to hear Echoplex. I taped the whole show audio and video. Unfortunately people like to show up fashionably late (40 min) and pop my mic cable from my R09HR!!!! So I am missing 10-15 seconds of a song. (you might not think its a lot but when you are listening to it you will notice a huge skip...). Pissed me off, but overall TR put on another great show.

I have many happy memories of this show.

I am looking for good, preferably shot-from-close-to-the-stage video of this, particularly from The Good Soldier to the end. Something that either doesn't have breaks or at least doesn't cut out ANY of the show. I've seen some clips but they are not continuous. If anyone has this or knows where it's posted, could you let me know? Thanks.

Oh, also if you shot video of the above from the side (one of the $1,000 donors might have done this). I would be REALLY glad to see it. Thanks again.

Show 2 of the 3 day NIN weekend, and quite possibly the best day I've ever had.
Highlights & low-lights (there was only one):

-Love PNC Bank Arts Center, been to many shows here in my life and I have always enjoyed it.
-Great seats, best seats I've ever had for an all-seated show actually (Sec. 102, Row E), and it was awesome.
-SSSC rocked again.
-Was caught off guard by Pinion>Wish. I think it was only the 2nd time this tour they opened with that right? I would have loved to have seen Now I'm Nothing but this was definitely a powerful opening as well.
-LAST!!! MEET YOUR MASTER!!! Fuck yes!
-La Mer & The Way Out Is Through!! Again, fuck yes!! These two plus Last & MYM made this probably the best show I've ever seen.
-The one and only low-light or complaint that I had was the few older people in Sec. 102 Row D right in front of me who kept talking to each other during NIN, almost shouting in each other's ears so they could hear each other over NIN. If you're only there for Jane's Addiction please just shut the fuck up during NIN or go out of the seating area. It wasn't bad enough to ruin the show for me but definitely bad enough that I was distracted from NIN more than once. Seriously, they didn't even flinch or turn around, or stop talking even though I was literally screaming SHUT THE FUCK UP in their ears and banging really hard on their chairs during the aggressive NIN songs. I mean Jesus, the first & only time I get to witness La Mer in all it's greatness aside from seeing it once as an intro to Into the Void I have to hear some assholes talking over it. WTF

But now to the best part of my day, the meet & greet and soundcheck experience. First I'd like to apologize to whoever PMed me about my possibly having a guest spot open, because I had a lot going on and wasn't able to get back to you to tell you that my friend decided he was going to go. I am sorry.
Anyway, I was a $300 donor. Got to the venue at about 2:00 since the e-mail said check in by 2:15. Had a little trouble finding where to park since all the rows were gated off and someone told me to stay to the left even though it should have been to the right. Anyway, got a spot right near the box office area which was nice. There were plenty of people there already at that time which wasn't surprising. It definitely looked like at least 200. Anyway we got behind the giant line that seemed like it wasn't moving to check in and pick up my presale tickets. Got halfway through that line when they split it up between $300 in one line and $1000/$1200 in the other line. So I checked in but the girl didn't have the tickets so we had to wait (not for that long) in the $1K/$1.2K line to get the tickets. After that my friend and I went and sat in the shade sort of far away from everyone else to have a few cigs, and we figured we'd head back over when we saw people moving to line up to go in. So we heard Keeley (sp?), who was super nice BTW, telling everyone what to do but we didn't hear what she said exactly so we went over to the line. After the first group of people were let in (the $300 donors first maybe?) the group I was in was let in. At this point I wasn't sure where I should be so I asked the guy if I was in the right spot and he said yea. So we were led to a walkway and told to just wait by the wall for a little bit. We waited and waited in the beating sun with little to no shade for what seemed like an hour. During that time I noticed that pretty much everyone around me was a $1000+ donor, having the sticky backstage pass somewhere on them. I didn't think much of it though. Finally the line moved a little bit over to the area where you go in to the seats. Then, more waiting, more waiting, seeing other groups go in to the M&G area, coming out all happy with their autographs. I could hear the Jane's Addiction soundcheck during this time. I was getting impatient and worried that somehow we were in the wrong place and might miss out on the M&G for some reason. I asked Keeley when I saw her walking by if my friend and I were in the right spot and she said we weren't. I kinda freaked out a little but then she said "yea you guys are really lucky, but keep it on the DL" or something like that. She came back a few minutes later and explained that she didn't know how we ended up in that line but we could get our picture taken with the band, which apparently the rest of the $300 people didn't get. My friend and I lit up with joy. I kind of figured that we wouldn't get a pic with the band since there were so many people there and we shouldn't have. But somehow the gods were kind to us and we ended up on the wrong line, totally by accident, and nobody noticed or cared really. So finally our group was led into the M&G area and all of a sudden it hit me when I saw Justin through the bushes that all of them were like, RIGHT THERE, heh. So we nervously waited while everyone ahead of us went down the table getting their stuff signed. First were Robin and Justin who were both really nice asking our names and shaking our hands. I told Justin how I had seen him live with Beck before he ever joined NIN and that I sadly didn't know who he was really until he joined NIN but from what I remembered of the Beck show he was and is a great musician. Then was Trent who was extremely nice even though I didn't say much out of being nervous I guess. Shook his hand and then went on to Ilan who I told that I was very jealous of him for being younger than me and talented enough to be in NIN, to which he kind of smirked. Then we were told to go wait for a minute in the tent where they had the catering for the $1000+ people and to have our cameras ready for Brett (I think) to take our picture with the band. Once my friend and I walked up to the band to take our pics I totally went into some sort of coma-like state and even though Justin and Trent both said something to me I can't for the life of me remember what. Robin told my friend to look macho so he has a hysterical face in the pic, which I will post at a later time since I haven't uploaded them yet. So yea, we got the personal pic with the band even though we shouldn't have.. sorry to the rest of the $300 people.
After that we made our way down to watch NIN's soundcheck which was 100x more intimate and awesome than I expected. We were by Justin about 5 rows back. They started off with Home, which was cool even though I had seen it the night before in Camden. It's a great song live, but I think it was more appreciated by me in the soundcheck than opening the set. After that they went into I'm Afraid of Americans which was awesome because I hadn't seen that before and it rocked. Then came the 'pussy' stuff as Trent said but it might have been my favorite part. Lights In The Sky was a real treat and almost brought a tear to my eye, heh. In This Twilight was awesome as well, even after seeing it on the LitS tour. All in all a great experience. For some reason they made us go back up and we couldn't see SSSC's soundcheck but that was ok, we could still hear it and kinda see it from the lawn. Even though I went to Jones Beach the day after, this day is still fresh in my mind and I am so glad that it went so well. A perfect way to wave goodbye..

Oh I wanted to mention, in the 16 shows I've seen NIN this was the BEST crowd when it came to Hurt. Loudest cheering I've heard for NIN, and NO ONE was screaming any dumb shit. Made the song so fucking enjoyable. Speaking of the crowd, it was amusing when one fan in front of me what song was being played and the other didn't know. Had to tell them it's The Way Out is Through.

This is HD footage of Camden, PNC and Jones Beach. All shows were filmed from within a few rows of the stage, with the exception of camden where i was 3 rows behind the pit. I spoke to alot of people during this weekend who were interested in this footage so i'm posting this in the threads for all 3 shows. Enjoy.

Do you have the raw video files from the camcorder. If you do those would be the best to upload so that somebody can convert then to the proper format. Thanks

yes it was a very special crowd for hurt, i believe because for the majority of fans it was potentially the last time they'd ever see NIN (myself included) so it was really emotional, I actually felt my lip quiver during the first verse

Agreed It was not my last show but I also got very emotional at times (teared up a bit during hurt) the crowd was just all into it for this show and it is truly one i will remember forever.
