Recordings
Notes
DAT tape runs out during the Beginning of TDTWWA. A little bit of static in the right channel but it is cleaned up during the EQ period. My bad on having this not up on the archive for so long. At one point we kept this on the "NIN Drive only" in order to gain other sources that may be uncirculated. But that whole culture for me has long gone. Just sometimes I forget to add things here on the archive for download. Looking back on it, it's not that great of a tape. Just something different.
Notes
I was lucky at a few shows and had some great seats by the soundboard. These were just right of it and the sound was great during the night. A great recording, very clear and good stereo separation. There are some screamers here and there but overall the tape is very enjoyable.
Notes
Good audio from the soundcheck.
Notes
A great recording. No crowd noise, only at the end of the songs. As many other tapers suffered wind noise on their recordings this one has no wind present on the tape. This was the closest I have ever sat for a NIN show and I really thought because I was so close the sound would not be picked up from the stacks. I was wrong.

10 years ago today, I filmed one of the best captures of Nine Inch Nails I have done, ever. Thanks to the open taping policy, I took advantage of it by bringing my Sony HD camera and DPA mics in to 9 shows on this tour. For being a one camera angle there are some great close ups of each band member and I was really hoping to get more HD sources from this show to mix in together. Since I am infatuated with everything NIN live, I knew when to pan to different members to get the best shot for each song. Alas, not many sources came out and I sat on the HD version of this for many years. This performance is special with a lot of my favorite tracks during the show. This is also the performance where Robin destroys his guitar at the end of The Becoming! Two little hiccups with the recording during the end of 'March of the Pigs' and 'I Do Not Want This' because the sound was so intense that it shut off the hard drive based camera! Only released in SD on a DVD this is the first time it has been seen in its high definition form. Big thanks to Frank G who has been working tirelessly to get this footage formatted and edited for archival purposes and the ability to share it with the NIN community. Enjoy the recording.

Thanks to ScreamingSlave for sending this over. This was filmed from the front row right in front of Trent. Great shot. It was shared over at the defunct DC++ Hub Halo-Zero. I wasn't able to get it when it was initially shared because it was 20GB, and that is a lot of space for the time and hard drives... Neither of us remember who shot this film. But I would love to know, and with what camera. Again, big thanks for Frank G syncing and exporting the video files!

This is probably my favorite recording of the tour, just because of The Line Begins to Blur. Great sound, crystal clear.
Notes
One of my best recordings. The seats were great and directly in front of the soundboard. Had the mics HRTF and it produced great stereo separation between the stacks. Everything is clear and only a little audible chatter is present on the tape.

The taper is probably his worst critic... he said this was a terrible recording. I could not disagree with him more. Its a fabulous recording and I really enjoyed listening to it. All of the audio is there highs, mids, lows its just awesome. There is a skip in "Wish" because in the right channel of the song the mic wire got tangled which made the mic short out, so it was removed. To be the only source from the Englewood show to surface I am glad it was this one. This recording has been highlighted on RITC's NIN Recording of the Week.

Released November 2013, thanks to BT for sharing it with the archive. This is another phenomenal tape. To have two fantastic sources from this show with high quality mics is something you don't usually see.

For some reason I thought I had already had this recording. I believe that Smores had sent it to me before, but I must have misplaced it. Another great recording by Smores! I thank him very much for sharing this recording! Relesed March 2014.

The best recording from the west coast swing. A very clear recording and I believe that this is the first recording of a NIN show done with the 744T. I urge that everyone get this recording if you are just a casual live recording collector. UPDATE: Finally added this one to the archive. I lost a copy of this show and thanks to TheBang, was able to get this back on here.

Its a nice recording but its just a bit flat. At times the music over-powers the vocals.

Another great recording. Crystal clear sound and the bass response on the recording is exceptional.

Fantastic recording not much crowd noise at all on the tape and its a very warm recording hitting the highs and lows well. The 4061/6000 combo is amazing.
